Purpose
To provide strategic management and leadership to the Human Capital Management

Qualification / Experience

• Honours degree or equivalent qualification (NQF 8) in Human Resources Management or Industrial and Organisational Psychology, or Labour Relations or Human Resource Development
• 8 years' relevant management experience in Human Capital Management

Knowledge

• In-depth Knowledge of HR practices: Recruitment, Talent development, Performance management, Labour relations, Organisational Development, Change Management and Employee Remuneration and Benefits
• In-depth knowledge of Employment practices & compliance (Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act)
• Very Good Knowledge of HR Metrics: Analysis and interpretation of statistical data / HR analytics
• Good Business Acumen: Strategic Planning & Management
• Good Knowledge of Public Sector Legislation (PFMA and etc.)
