What are we looking for:

• A candidate with past experience in teaching 11 Plus.
• Ability to teach all 11 Plus subjects, including Maths, English, Verbal, and Non-Verbal.
• Capable of applying personal skills and knowledge while teaching.
• Ability to incorporate real-life examples into teaching.

Summary

As an 11 Plus Specialist Teacher for all subjects, you will play a crucial role in preparing students for their entrance examinations. This position requires a strong foundation in teaching and English, allowing you to deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs. You will utilize your core skills in curriculum development and student assessment, while your communication and critical thinking skills will enhance student understanding. Your relevant skills in classroom management and individualized instruction will foster a supportive learning environment, ensuring each student reaches their full potential in this pivotal academic phase.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across all subjects to prepare students for the 11 Plus examinations.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and learning styles.
• Foster a supportive and motivating classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Collaborate with managers to discuss student performance and strategies for improvement.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: £9.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 16 per week
