Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  1. Make outbound calls to warm leads and potential customers
  2. Follow a provided script and compliance guidelines
  3. Ask qualifying questions to assess insurance needs
  4. Set appointments for our licensed sales professionals
  5. Update and manage lead tracking software and CRM tools
  6. Meet daily and weekly call goals

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  1. Friendly, upbeat phone personality with excellent communication skills
  2. Self-starter with strong work ethic and time management
  3. Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call centers preferred
  4. Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM platforms
  5. Insurance experience a plus, but not required; we'll train the right person!
