Business Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location: Remote

Our client is seeking a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in medical claims processing to provide technical leadership, strategic direction, and project oversight. This role will be critical in ensuring that project outcomes align with industry standards while offering guidance, training, and process improvements to enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in medical claims processing systems.
• Provide technical leadership and direction for project teams.
• Define project outcomes and establish best practices.
• Conduct trainings to enhance team knowledge and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Participate in audits and compliance assessments.
