Job description

As the Spa Lead at Gun Lake Casino Resort, you’ll be essential in delivering a seamless and luxurious spa experience for guests while supporting team excellence and operational efficiency. Your role involves:

  • supervising and training the spa team
  • ensuring high service standards
  • handling key aspects of daily operations

Core responsibilities include:

  • Lead, train, and supervise spa attendants and reception staff to uphold AAA Four Diamond service standards.
  • Assist Spa Manager with team huddles, training, and communication of updates.
  • Oversee guest experience by greeting guests warmly, coordinating appointments, and handling feedback professionally.
  • Manage spa area cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and inventory of supplies and retail products.
  • Process transactions accurately, monitor sales, and report revenue metrics to the Spa Manager.
  • Support resort-wide events and collaborate with the Spa Manager on special projects and initiatives to boost guest engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent (additional training in spa management or hospitality preferred).
  • At least one year of experience as a spa attendant in a full-service spa, with two years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills; proficiency with spa management software.
  • Dedication to exceptional customer service and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

This position is paid hourly and reports to the Spa Manager.
