Commercial Insurance Product Manager – Community Associations (Remote)
Are you a strategic insurance pro with a passion for product development and tech innovation?
Join our team as we grow and evolve our Community Association Insurance Program covering HOAs, condos, and townhomes across Property, GL, Crime, D&O, and Umbrella lines.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow our Community Association insurance program
- Manage relationships with carriers and define underwriting guidelines
- Drive profitability and monitor program P&L
- Collaborate with IT to implement tech solutions that streamline underwriting and operations
- Develop and deliver training for underwriters and sales teams
- Stay on top of industry trends to keep our offerings competitive
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in commercial lines insurance product or program management
- Deep knowledge of Community Associations (HOAs, condos, townhomes)
- Experience with property, general liability, crime, D&O, umbrella
- Strong technical mindset – you speak both insurance and IT
- Proven track record managing underwriting, training, and profitability
- Excellent communicator, organizer, and collaborator
- Insurance designations (CPCU, ARM, etc.) a plus
