What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Perform sensitive and complex premium processing and auditing functions while addressing customer inquiries
2. Provide comprehensive issue resolution through root cause analysis and collaboration with internal teams
3. Serve as a subject matter expert, delivering training and support to team members
4. Conduct audits and prepare reports to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
5. Collaborate with field representatives to ensure smooth implementation of changes and recommend alternative solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Prior experience in Accounting, Finance, billing reconciliation, and/or auditing
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
3. Proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to navigate various software systems
4. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple assignments
5. Must have access to a high-speed internet connection and be located in a listed area

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Practical experience as a GPS Specialist or equivalent knowledge
2. Knowledge of GPS business processing functions, including insurance accounting practices and related regulations
3. Understanding of group insurance concepts and all group product lines, along with knowledge of the Group Operation and its interrelationships
