We have an opportunity for a MS Dynamics CRM Consultant to help augment the sales operations, business development of our patented intelligent content product. We are looking to grow the team and you will be part of a committed and experienced worldwide team, with opportunities to work from anywhere in the world.

This is a long-term opportunity offering you significant career advancement and personal satisfaction.


Hours needed: Less than 30 hours a week.
Preferred immediate joining.

Mandatory Requirements:

Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Deep understanding of CRM principles and best practices: Understanding how CRM solutions can be used to improve business processes and customer relationships.
  2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules: Familiarity with modules like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
  3. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications: Communicating effectively with both business users and technical teams.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Working effectively with clients, colleagues, and end-users.
  5. Problem-solving and analytical skills: Identifying and resolving issues related to CRM implementation.
