Marketing & Promotions Intern - Summer 2025

Are you ready to kickstart your career in marketing? The Restaurant Store, a division of Clark Associates, is seeking a bright and motivated student to join our Marketing team.

This competitively PAID internship offers:

  • Hands-on experience with cross-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Opportunities to prepare and support sales events.
  • Drafting and editing marketing materials.
  • Real-world skills equivalent to a full-time marketing role.
  • Flexible hours (Monday–Friday, up to 40 hours/week) at our Lancaster, PA office.
  • This is a fully in-person internship—candidates must be able to commute to our Lancaster, PA headquarters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the preparation and setup of in-store events and promotions by organizing sale details, communicating with stakeholders, visiting various store locations, and more.
  • Draft and publish promotional landing pages on our website.
  • Publish sale pricing through our in-house promotions system.
  • Proof marketing materials, ranging from digital assets like emails to printed handouts for our brick-and-mortar stores.
  • Assist in the building and testing of promotional emails.
  • Support the planning and coordination of The Restaurant Store’s trade show presence.
  • Provide administrative support and perform other relevant duties as needed.

Applicants should have:

  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strive to be thorough with a keen eye for detail.
  • Encompass a high level of organizational skills.
  • Enjoy working both independently and collaborating as part of a team.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
