POSITION SUMMARY
Nurp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our Performance Marketing team in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of developing and implementing high-impact performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. We are looking for a leader to take overall responsibility for building and delivering a predictable and scalable customer acquisition strategy.
This role is pivotal to the organization’s growth and will play a key leadership role in shaping our performance marketing strategy and execution across paid social, programmatic, search, and emerging channels.
This position is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President of Marketing.
