Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Cybersecurity (US-Based)

Location: United States (Remote)

Our client, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in the cybersecurity space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling customer inquiries and support related to cybersecurity products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer support for clients using cybersecurity products and solutions.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, offering clear and effective solutions.
  3. Guide customers in utilizing security products to maximize value and address their needs.
  4. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve product and service offerings.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  2. Familiarity with cybersecurity products and solutions.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
