Position Summary: Sr. Manager of Services Delivery – InEight Document
The Sr. Manager of Services Delivery for InEight Document will lead the delivery of document management services and solutions to clients in the construction industry. This senior leadership role involves overseeing the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of InEight Document, document management solution, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. The Sr. Manager will also be responsible for managing teams in North America, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget while maintaining a high level of quality and service excellence.
Reports to: Director of Project Delivery, Global Document Delivery
Position is remote – North America
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Document Management Implementations: Oversee implementations of the InEight Document management solution tailored to the construction industry, ensuring alignment with business processes and customer needs.
Delivery: Manage and support the delivery of InEight Document, InEight’s document management software, ensuring all aspects of the project lifecycle are completed on time, on budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams, providing leadership and guidance across North America to ensure collaboration, productivity, and quality.
Business Process Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of construction industry project document control processes to advise clients and team members on best practices and improvements that can be made with document management software solutions.
Achieve Department Goals: Support and achieve department initiatives, contributing to broader organizational goals, driving strategic objectives, and promoting operational efficiency.
Internal Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: Work across internal teams, ensuring clear communication regarding project delivery goals, customer timelines, deliverables, and support.
Continuous Improvement: Champion the continuous improvement of services, ensuring best practices are followed, and evolving the service delivery model in line with customer needs and industry trends.
