Location: Remote (PST Time)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM and a strong background in sales and presales activities. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support sales and presales activities.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Sales Cloud CRM.
  • Strong understanding of sales and presales processes.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, CPQ, and Salesforce integration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Prior Telecom experience is highly desired.
