The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the daily operations of our service delivery center. This includes monitoring demand and supply and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. He or she will be required to understand the overall requirements of our service delivery center, the performance and availability of each system, and the overall financial performance of projects.

Required Technical Skill Set:

Java, UI, CLOUD, etc.

Must-Have:

Should have managed projects for at least 3 years.
Should have managed projects using Java or Angular or any database related.
Must have experience in managing/leading production support team.
Strong leadership and relationship management skills, with an ability to build good relationships with stakeholders and the wider team.
Strong understanding of production support process, SLA, reporting.
