We are looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to specification. This role involves managing subcontractors, materials, schedules, and budgets, with a focus on high-quality commercial builds and client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, manage, and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop a cost-effective project schedule and ensure timely execution.
• Interact with project owner and design team, leading OAC meetings.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and teams to maximize efficiency.
• Administer construction contracts, pay applications, permits, and licensing.
• Supervise and support assistant managers & superintendents, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets & timelines, adjusting as needed to stay on track.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers, providing updates and making necessary modifications.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects of increasing complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or Architecture (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multiple teams & subcontractors.
• Medical Construction / AHCA experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with construction management software & Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining efficiency & accuracy.
