Job Description:
This leader is a highly visible, energetic champion and trusted shared service partner that serves as a resource to enterprise leaders, teams, policy owners and care sites to operationalize the Clinical Policies strategic agenda and drive clinical policy performance.
This role manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical policies programming, and drives the development of regulatorily compliant PPGs (Policies, Procedures and Guidelines), Standing Orders/Protocols, highly reliable workflows, and support response to Clinical/Performance Improvement, event response teams, and teams addressing violation and enforcement actions. Leads new merger and acquisition teams to develop plans for policy harmonization and migration. Develops, directs, coordinates, and shares innovative initiatives to set new standards and exceptional outcomes.
The role supports clinical and operational leaders at the system, region and care site level. Following a system led, locally deployed support model, the scope includes all Intermountain Health clinical functions, including clinical programs, shared clinical services, service lines, medical group, acute and ambulatory care sites and business entities (e.g. Select Health and Castell). The role also supports strategy and direction aligned with Clinical Excellence leadership to deliver highly reliable care that is safe, high quality, patient centered and equitable.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$50.22 - $77.53
