Chief Executive Officer Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established and growing Applied Behavioral Analysis organization focusing on providing services to children with Autism in the clinic or school settings. They are looking to add a growth-minded Chief Executive Officer to take them to the next level. They are looking to grow through mergers and acquisitions. Senior level Multi-site ABA operations and P&L leadership experience is required. M&A experience is crucial. This position is REMOTE with travel expected. Candidates can be located in the Eastern or Central time zones to facilitate travel within the footprint.

Chief Executive Officer Job Requirements

• Multi-site ops and financial leadership experience in the ABA space.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. A clinician is not required.
• Must be able to travel 30 – 50%
• Track-record of organizational growth through M&A.
• For-Profit experience ideal.

• Set strategic direction of organization.
• Manage directly reporting leaders and manage P&L.
• Travel as needed for corporate meetings, visit clinic sites, and meet with prospective sellers.
• Lead growth both organically and through rollups.
