Brand Activation Manager

Location: Remote

Our client is a growing consumer products company in the personal care space. We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Brand Activation Manager to lead North American brand marketing efforts and activation. This role is responsible for translating global brand strategies into impactful, locally relevant campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels. You’ll also oversee paid media planning, agency management, and performance optimization to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
  1. Lead brand activation strategy across North America for assigned segments.
  2. Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that align with global strategy and drive local results.
  3. Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and performance tracking.
  4. Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform activation plans.
Paid Media Leadership
  1. Oversee planning and execution of paid media across the region.
  2. Manage media agencies and partnerships to drive performance and ROI.
  3. Set KPIs, track results, and optimize across digital, social, PPC, and AV platforms.
Budget & Resource Management
  1. Manage marketing and media budgets for assigned segments.
  2. Recommend efficient budget allocations based on performance insights.
Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of brand marketing experience, including U.S. paid media planning.
  2. Strong background in integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in CPG.
  3. Agency management and stakeholder collaboration experience.
  4. Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  5. Effective communicator with experience managing direct reports.
  6. Willingness to travel up to 10%.
