Job description

Corina Bakery is seeking a friendly, experienced barista and customer service representative to join our team.


Position Overview:
  1. Within a high energy environment, you'll be equipped to prepare specialty coffee and quick serve food items.
  2. Our baristas are enthusiastic about coffee and maintain a high standard of education and execution.
  3. You should make the customer feel welcome and important at all times.
  4. Baristas and customer service representatives are responsible for normal shift side work such as expo and point of sale operations.
  5. HOURLY WAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE TIPS.

Barista Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide excellent customer service in a clean and welcoming environment.
  2. Discuss the drink menu with customers and answer questions.
  3. Preparation of drinks according to in-house recipes.
  4. Track inventory and assist in placing orders.
  5. Clean and maintain all equipment, and assess repair needs.
  6. Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
  7. Expand knowledge and participate in staff education opportunities.
