Administrative Support Analyst - (REMOTE)

What you will do:

1. Ensure eXp maintains good standing. Coordinate the joining of new MLS’ as needed.
2. Approve all new agent applications that are not auto-vetted/set up mentorships as needed.
3. Approve/Sign all transfer documentation for agents.
4. Work closely with Agent Experience for Broker questions.
5. Provide support to the Designated Managing Broker and Managing Broker Team.
6. Assist with Agent and State Trello Boards.
7. Manage Agent Approval.
8. Manage Agent Invitation Acceptance.
9. Coordinate with Broker Primary Board to maintain Agent compliance.
10. Manage State Calendar.
11. Assist with management of Local Board Associations.
12. Auditing.
13. Invoicing.
14. Compliance.
15. Assist Broker with generating and distributing communications to Agents.
16. Administrator of State social media groups.
17. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Liaison to:

1. MLS Boards.
2. Non-eXp Brokerages.
3. Agents.
4. Vendors.
5. Special Projects as directed by Brokerage Operations.

How you will grab our attention:

1. BA/BS in business administration or related field preferred.
2. High School Diploma/GED required.
3. 2+ years of experience in administration and/or operations.
4. Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred.
5. Strong ability to multitask.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

The total base pay for this position starts at $19 in our lowest geographic cost of living market up to $22 in our highest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their hard work and is determined within a range to allow for growth and development within a role.
