Position Overview:

We are looking for a Visa Specialist to join our team. As a professional Visa Specialist, you will handle the visa processing matters in Türkiye and visa progress follow-ups according to the arrangements of the headquarter of BYD, assisting in preparing and completing the local submission of visa documents, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding the visa policies of Türkiye and developing accordingly guidelines for the application of visas for BYD's employees
• Helping with employees' visa application process so that they conduct work in Türkiye with a valid visa
• Arranging residence registration appointments and assisting employees to go to the local Immigration Office(Göç İdaresi) to complete its registration.
• Responding to visa-related emergencies and propose effective solutions about these
• Other work as arranged by the superior.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s/ higher degree in any field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the application of visas

• Familiarity with Turkish Work Permit, Assembly and Maintenance Visa, as well as Business Sticker Visa application process

• Past working experience with Chinese companies/ Asian companies/ automotive industry will be preferred

• Fluency in both Turkish and English

• Proficiency in Chinese will be a plus

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, compliance and top risk management skills, great sense of service and responsibility, as well as patience and confidentiality
