Responsibilities:

1. Management of country processes in talent management, leadership, and associate development
2. Designing associate training/development and leadership programs
3. Coordinating internal mentoring and internal coaching processes
4. Coordinating Impact (Employee Experience) surveys across locations
5. Coordinating strategic workforce planning process
6. Conducting BMS (Bosch Management Support) process for retired Bosch associates
7. Preparing and following HR country policies and regulations in area of responsibility
8. Analyzing market trends and conducting research in innovative HR initiatives
9. Adapting global HR perspectives and best practices into country practices
10. Leading country-wide HR projects and initiatives in line with business strategy with both internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

1. Min. 5 years professional experience, preferably in HR
2. Very good organizational and project management skills
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills / Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and internal customers
5. Ability to proactively understand and anticipate stakeholder and internal customer needs
6. Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
