Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science or engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related areas
• Expertise in Messaging Systems
• Strong ability to resolve problems and process issues with platform both on-prem and cloud
• Experience in designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining the following technologies preferred:
• Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory and associated technologies (Group Policy, Kerberos, DNS, DHCP) with hands-on experience in: DNS, DHCP, Client, GPOs, OU, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and AD authentication protocols Kerberos, NTLM, LDAPS & LDAP
• Azure Infrastructure and Azure Active Directory
• Experience in PowerShell scripting
• Consultancy for Yapı Kredi Bank and subsidiaries applications and projects
• Performing technical proof of concept works for infrastructure management needs
• Applying patch and system updates on managed infrastructure solutions

Job Description:

• Hands-on experience with designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining the following Technologies
• Strong Experience with Enterprise Vault or mail archiving technologies
• Strong Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Active Directory and associated technologies (Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)
• Hands-on experience with: DNS, DHCP, Windows Server/Client, GPO
• AD authentication protocols; Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP, LDAPS & LDAP
• Exchange on premises, Exchange Online, and Mail Archive (Veritas EV)
• Experience in MS Azure, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft OS image preparation for business PCs and servers (Related Group Policies Hardening, Startup scripts, and automations)
• Experience in migrating Azure Active Directory and handling post AD migration
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) & Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
• MCSA or MCSE in O365 and Microsoft 365 preferred but not required
• Project management experience is an asset
• Strong ability to resolve problems and process issues with the Microsoft/Office 365 technical platform
• Provide support and develop proactive and preventive solutions to 1st and 2nd level support team members
• Performing technical proof of concept works for infrastructure management needs
• Applying patch and system updates on managed infrastructure solutions
• IT systems engineering or systems integration experience with background and knowledge in managing Exchange on premises, Exchange Online, and Mail Archive (Veritas EV)
