We are seeking a talented Fashion Designer specializing in women's collections to bring innovation, elegance, and market-relevant designs to their portfolio.

Job Description

• Design and develop women's fashion collections that align with the brand's vision and target audience.
• Conduct market and trend analysis to ensure collections stay ahead of global fashion trends and cater to regional preferences.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and detailed design concepts for seasonal collections.
• Collaborate with merchandising, production, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive collection launches.
• Source and select fabrics, trims, and other materials to meet design and quality standards.
• Attend fittings and provide detailed guidance for pattern makers and production teams.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the competitive landscape and implement strategies to position the brand as a leader in the industry.
• Manage design timelines to ensure on-time delivery of collections.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in women's collection design within a high-level retail or luxury brand.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, commercially successful designs.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
• In-depth knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and production processes.
• Excellent understanding of international fashion trends with the ability to adapt to the Middle Eastern market.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
