Job Description

• Monitoring absences, paid leave, overtime, bonuses, and other variable pay elements.
• Ensuring the correct application of all payroll-related legislation.
• Collaborating with global HR teams.
• Performing necessary checks to ensure the integrity of payroll data.
• Providing necessary payroll reports and analysis.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 3-5 years of payroll expertise.
• Advanced level of English skills.
• Knowledge of Turkish labour law, current social and tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in payroll software.
• Analytic mindset and ability to solve problems related to the complexities sometimes encountered in payroll.
