What you'll be doing:

• Designing and maintaining the data backbone of our platform;
• Collaborating with teams across the company;
• Solving complex technical challenges;
• Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics;

You'll be responsible for the core data services and APIs that power our entire infrastructure. You'll work closely with multiple departments to build scalable solutions that process billions of data points every day. You'll dive into the toughest problems, optimizing performance and debugging issues across the stack to ensure smooth operations. You'll track crucial metrics like throughput, and latency to ensure our services consistently exceed expectations.

• You've got deep experience in building and operating scalable platforms;
• You understand the power of small optimizations;
• You're skilled at managing distributed systems;
• You can communicate complex ideas clearly;
• You're committed to best practices throughout the development lifecycle;
• You're fluent in English, both written and spoken;

Bonus points if you've got experience with: Golang, AWS, Kubernetes, Real-time messaging systems (especially NATS), ClickHouse, gRPC
