Senior Business Analyst (Digital Participation Banking)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will take part in the analysis and maintenance support services of mobile applications for the digital participation bank.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
2. Min. 5 years experience.
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to prioritize, plan, and finalize projects according to deadlines.
5. Comfortable with Agile methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
6. Creating and guiding various research and test requirements.
7. Analyzing the needs of the business.
8. Fully understanding the customer's needs to create a project process accordingly.
9. Experience in the Digital Banking/Fintech industry.
