Our client, based in the north of Bavaria, is looking for new staff in the sales department team. They are an international Asian manufacturer related to the consumer business.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Research and identify potential clients and markets, and establish relationships with prospective clients.
Client Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, setting and achieving targets.
Product Promotion: Understand the company's products and services, and effectively present them to clients and prospects.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms with clients, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and prepare sales reports for management.
Collaboration: Work with marketing and product development teams, contributing to team goals.
Customer Feedback: Gather feedback and suggest product and service improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
University degree
2-3 years of experience in B to B sales
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English, with German language skills as a valuable asset
A flexible and proactive mindset
