Job description

Your mission

  • Managing customers in Turkey
  • Maintain and develop existing as well as new customers
  • Report regularly activities
  • Project management and development in cooperation with PM as well as sister company in case of International project
  • Identification of market potential in Turkey
  • Monitor and report of market and competitor activities and provide relevant report and information
  • Develop and improve the current market positioning of the company in Turkey
  • Attend national and international fairs and congresses

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies to promote energy storage, inverters, and related products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding product solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective product positioning.

Your profile

  • Turkish C1-2, English C1
  • Ability and willingness to travel 3 to 4 days a week
  • Good technical understanding
  • At least 5 years of sales working experience in a technical environment
  • PV experience is a plus
  • Project management ability.
