Job DescriptionAs an rNPI Engineer ON, you will be involved in proposing solutions according to customer needs, ensuring flawless delivery of installation and commissioning activities, performing configuration, integration and customer acceptance activities of Nokia’s Optics portfolio.

As part of our team, you will be:
- Performing efficient and “right first time” integration of Nokia Optic Products and Solutions into customer networks
- Performing product presentations/PoC tests/Demos to customers
- Providing customers with a variety of support services, including but not limited to providing remote and on-site support
- Making escalation to support groups when needed
- Maintaining interfaces with customer’s technical personnel ensuring smooth information flow about reported problems and their resolution status as well as other activities with customer
- Creating technical documents, MOPs and training materials.
- Providing problem resolution assistance and training to other technical support personnel as required.
Key Skills And ExperienceYou have:
- Bachelor or Master degree in telecommunication, information technology or engineering
- Experience in SDH/WDM technologies, with a minimum of 2-5 years working experience
- Strong knowledge on Nokia Optics family products is a big plus
- Strong telecommunication technology knowledge in relevant standards
- Basic knowledge of IP networks
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Analytical mindset and creativity, highly oriented towards problem solving.
- Detail-oriented, well organized and multi-tasking
- Ability to work under pressure at times
- Team player with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
- Capacity to effectively engage customer at technical domain
It would be nice if you also had:- Secondary foreign language
- Hands on experience of CLI scripting, Python, APIs
- Linux/Unix platforms knowledge
