Returns Operations Group Manager

We are looking for a Returns Operations Group Manager to contribute to our company's growth journey.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

1. Graduated from relevant departments of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering faculties of universities,
2. At least 10 years of experience in all logistics operations,
3. Strong process management and effective communication skills,
4. Able to think analytically and solve problems,
5. Proficient in MS Office programs,
6. Residing in or able to reside in Tekirdağ, Lüleburgaz, Kırklareli, Çorlu and Çerkezköy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Ensuring that the operational activities in the return operations processes for which he/she is responsible are carried out in accordance with the standards defined in the procedures,
2. Making and implementing the right daily operational plans to achieve the set targets in terms of timing and cost,
3. Ensuring that return operation activities are carried out in accordance with occupational health and safety procedures,
4. Ensuring that the return acceptance process in e-commerce order returns is completed within 24 hours after cargo acceptance,
5. Ensuring that invoice processes are completed within the same month in wholesale returns,
6. Making daily operational plans to implement the product-based handling plan created by the planning team according to the priorities of internal customers.
