  1. Tercihen Üniversite Mezunu
  2. Hizmet sektöründe en az 10 yıl yöneticilik deneyimi olan
  3. Planlama, organizasyon, analiz ve raporlama yeteneğine sahip
  4. Stok, sipariş ve personel yönetimi konularına hakim
  5. İnsan ilişkilerinde başarılı, misafir memnuniyeti yaklaşımını ön planda tutan
  6. Yoğun iş temposu ve esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek
