We are looking for “Quality Specialist” to join the inspiring journey of Dias, a unique technology solutions provider in its field in Turkey.
What we expect? / Duty And Responsibilities:
- Conducting service quality assessments of Support Desks related to ongoing projects.
- Preparing reports on call quality and employee performance scores based on evaluation results.
- Sharing feedback and recommendations derived from quality evaluations with relevant departments.
- Identifying operational, procedural, or system-based improvement opportunities based on assessment outcomes, ensuring proper communication with responsible stakeholders, and monitoring implementation.
- Generating periodic quality assessment reports and analyses on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Analyzing processes and projects to ensure the quality evaluation system remains up-to-date, performance-driven, and aligned with project dynamics.
- Collaborating with relevant teams to address training needs identified through evaluation outcomes.
- Executing periodic Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives to identify actionable insights and expectations aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring their continuity.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
- Graduated from a university or a higher education institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Possesses strong analytical thinking abilities.
- Well-developed skills in analysis and interpretation.
- High capability in planning and organization.
- Open to learning and self-development.
- Able to work in a quality and process-oriented manner.
- Capable of working under pressure and in flexible working conditions.
- For male candidates, military service must be completed.
