About Our Client

Our business partner, which has production factories at 7 locations globally, is a pioneer in Turkey in the production of expansion tanks for the heating and cooling industry.

Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Materials & Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in sheet metal manufacturing or the automotive sector.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Familiar with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA, 5S, & 8D).
• Customer-focused, collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Competence in MS Office software, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP (especially within the quality module).
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Düzce.

The Successful Applicant

• Analyze and present process control activities using statistical process control tools.
• Perform quality control activities (incoming, in-process, and final inspections) during production.
• Take an active role in internal and external audits.
• Support the enhancement of processes within the Quality Management System.
• Ensure necessary actions are taken in response to customer complaints.
• Monitor supplier performance, development activities, and corrective actions.
• Track corrective and preventive actions to improve process and product quality.
