More about the role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Project Manager in Turkey with Signify.
As a Project Manager, you will formulate the project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing set by management; you will specify the manning of the project, the resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment, and quality standards to be used.
Key areas of responsibility
- Responsible for the overall execution cost of the assigned project.
- Define the scope of the contract according to the customer’s needs and build the related turnkey offer.
- Mobilize internal and external resources required.
- Create plans and schedules: GANTT, PERT, sales curve, cash curve, risk management, claims management, change management plan.
- Evaluate and manage all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits, and added value.
- Manage the project’s P&L and improve margin everywhere possible: team, delivery, procurement. Identify up-selling opportunities during the project.
- Participate in formal offer review before proposal submission ensuring that site works costs are properly reflected.
- Define the risks (technical and commercial) of the project and develop scenarios to overcome them. Maintain the risk register and issue list updated throughout the project.
- Drive post-mortem learning loop and ensure capitalization.

- You will report to the Head of Project Management, System and Services Dubai and work with a diverse group of stakeholders internally and externally. You will work with smart, passionate, supportive colleagues dedicated to making an impact on people’s lives with light.
More about you

- Bachelor’s degree in technology/sciences, or a related discipline – Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical.
- Project Management/PMP certified.
- 5+ years in a fast-paced technology/engineering industry.
- 5+ years in managing end-user customer-facing projects (+500K).
- Contract input and managing external contracts.
- Familiar with tender processes.
- Solid understanding of end-user project execution and stakeholder roles at all stages.
- Knowledge of Information Technology (such as Computer Networks/IP address).
- Knowledge of Lighting Technology KNX, DALI, BACNET.
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD would be a good to have.
- Fluency in English and Turkish is a must.
- Creation of Health & Safety plans.
- Remote management of stakeholders.
- Exposed to continuous improvement methodologies.
- Process-driven with excellent time management skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, people management, and drive for delivery.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other colleagues internally, both within the wider team and across all practice areas.
