We are seeking a Planning Leader to reinforce our Planning Team.

What we are looking for?

• BS/MS degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering; MBA degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning, material requirements planning, inventory optimization.
• Knowledge in Pull System Production Planning, TPM and Lean methodologies (5S, SMED, A3 problem solving, Kanban, VSM, etc.).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications; experience with the SAP MRP module is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Fast in action but with detailed planning and good documentation.
• Located in Izmit, Kocaeli.

What you will be doing?

• Make Production, Sales, Stock budget and monthly forecast of his/her product line.
• Review optimum product stock levels according to customer segment and demands.
• Identify customer terms according to orders and make production scheduling and reach target values.
• Follow up production performance with high efficiency target and make contributions to improvements.
• Review optimum stock levels of raw materials and auxiliary materials to identify needs and forward to purchasing unit.
• Make Production, Sales and Stock reports.
• Ensure coordination between Production, R&D, Sales, Sales Operation, Purchasing and Store Management.
• Use ERP system effectively.
• Coordinate standardization works and improvements with IT department and related process owners.
• Lead to Production Planning Technician.
