As a Recruiter at Insider, day in and day out you will:

• Execute the recruitment strategy of Insider & help us exceed borders.
• Coordinate the recruiting process for all positions while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire, and cost to hire.
• Conduct telephone interviews and job interviews while demonstrating Insider’s culture & creating a charming journey for candidates.
• Manage & support all the steps of the recruitment process for your candidates.
• Cooperate with the management teams in developing talent and implementing improved and effective HR practices.
• Create policies to support company business objectives.
• Participate in different projects related to various HR functions.

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• Have 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Have strong recruitment passion & wish to pursue a successful career in this area.
• Are a confident, vibrant person with an everlasting go-getter attitude.
• Can manage ambiguity while fostering professionalism and leadership.
• Motivate yourself to be better in this ever-growing community.
• Have excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Possess strong empathy & understanding.
• Have strong written and oral communication skills, including fundamental presentation skills.

• Have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Know your way around MS Office.
