• In line with training analysis and needs; organizing competency and technical-based trainings.
• Preparing the budget, planning, and managing the annual calendar.
• Preparation of necessary documentation and presentations.
• Organizing communication with training companies.
• Structuring workflows.

Aradığımız Profil

• Preferably graduated from engineering departments of universities.
• 1-3 years of experience in training analysis, planning, and organizing competency and technical-based trainings.
• Managing the annual calendar and budget preparation.
• Experience in the automotive sector, command of the subject, knowledge of English and German (preferably).
• Good command of MS Office applications, strong human relations and communication skills, advanced organizational skills.
• Adaptable to teamwork, intense work tempo, and flexible working hours.
• Completion of military service.
