IT Director

We are looking for an "IT Director" to lead the processes by ensuring the management and development of IT and OT infrastructures for our customers operating in the field of Financial Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 4 years in an executive-level role
• Proven experience with ERP systems (particularly SAP), IoT and other enterprise technologies
• Strong background in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and IT infrastructure management
• Expertise in cybersecurity, data management, and system security
• Experience in integrating IT and OT processes
• Strong project management, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Experience in the professional services or similar industries is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s digital transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Manage the IT infrastructure’s security, sustainability, and operational efficiency
• Lead the integration of IT and OT processes to enhance operational performance and business agility
• Ensure the effective use and optimization of ERP systems, including SAP, as well as IoT and other enterprise software solutions
• Manage cybersecurity, data management, system security, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee the technology budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI
• Lead business analytics, SAP software development, system network, and security teams
• Communicate the company’s technology vision to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Foster a data-driven decision-making culture, developing systems that leverage data to improve operational efficiency
