We are looking for an HR Generalist for our global business partner in the motor vehicle manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities
Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Group Human Resources policies in basic Human Resources processes.
Conducting recruitment, training, performance processes in accordance with the law and the group's policy.
Preparing, coordinating the orientation program of new employees and monitoring the process of evaluating their effectiveness.
Responsible for monitoring factory communication plan actions and conducting employee motivation activities.
Supporting the monitoring of action plans for the development of Human Resources processes for which he/she is responsible.
Works in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Regulation, Board Decisions, Commitments and Communiqués and the policies, procedures and instructions within the scope of KVKK implemented within the company.
Qualifications
Graduated from relevant faculties of universities,
Specialized in human resources, preferably with at least 5 years of experience in international companies and the manufacturing sector,
Experienced in strategic human resources planning and organizational development,
Will produce solutions to the needs of the growing and developing organization with a proactive approach,
Will be able to accompany the proactive human resources processes of factory development,
Speaks English at a very good level. (reading, speaking, writing)
