Job Description

We at Swissôtel Uludag Bursa are looking for a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our amazing team, where we make the impossible possible to make our guests' and talents' dreams a reality!

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
  2. Lead and supervise Room Attendants to ensure service standards are followed and overall cleanliness
  3. Handle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the proper areas
  4. Supervise the Housekeeping operations ensuring that the hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed
  5. Actively participate in daily briefing, daily warm-up, and department meetings as required
  6. Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section
  7. Keep records of special cleaning and maintenance up to date
  8. Establish cleaning programs to maintain top cleanliness and hygiene standards
  9. Ensure emergency procedures are followed strictly
  10. Ensure health and safety as well as hygiene rules are strictly followed
  11. Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head at all times
  12. Ongoing training, coaching, and development of colleagues to impact overall departmental morale
  13. Report necessary maintenance items
  14. Follow departmental policies and procedures
  15. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
  1. Service-focused personality is essential
  2. Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
  3. Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
