Export Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Export Operations Specialist to be assigned within our Export Operations Directorate.

Qualifications Required:

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• 2 years of experience in Export or Logistics,
• Knowledgeable in customs regulations, logistics, foreign trade, and processes,
• Proficient in advanced English and preferably a second language,
• Knowledge of SAP,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Eager to learn, successful in tracking and finalizing tasks, able to work in a high-paced environment,
• Good communication and planning skills, with the ability to think analytically and solve problems,
• No travel restrictions,
• Residing in or able to reside in Adana or Mersin.

Job Description:

• Programming the export, carrying out and following up operational processes from the receipt of the order,
• Coordinating with Finance, Production, and Logistics departments to plan and monitor processes,
• Preparing the necessary documents and paperwork related to export processes,
• Providing necessary information to related customers and departments after the export,
• Controlling export-related costs and ensuring system entries,
• Following up on accounting transactions and collections related to exports, reporting to relevant departments,
• Preparing presentations and reports on export matters,
• Ensuring the fulfillment of obligations under regulations.
