What awaits you in this role

We are looking for a team member for our Sales Directorate (Energy Solutions) team.

  • Designing, managing, and growing the energy efficiency business area targeting the industrial and facilities segments,
  • Conducting market analysis for energy efficiency, identifying the target audience, developing strategies, setting objectives and creating action plans,
  • Building a new customer base, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and following up on sales processes,
  • Collaborating with Finance, Risk Management, Legal, Sales Operations, and Energy Solutions departments for project management, development, and feasibility studies,
  • Managing external stakeholders such as engineering and contracting companies, and public institutions.

What we expect

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from relevant disciplines, preferably in Mechanical Engineering,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical and investment project sales and sales team management,
  • Proficiency in project design software, MS Office programs and project management tools,
  • Knowledge of heat, process, HVAC and building management systems,
  • Experience in financial analysis, contract, and receivables management,
  • Strong command of English,
  • No travel restrictions and a valid B-class driver’s license.
