Job Description
Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and brand recognition;
Overseeing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, in-store promotions, and advertising;
Managing and optimizing marketing budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI);
Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine marketing tactics;
Leading content creation and branding efforts across all customer touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message;
Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, sales, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business goals;
Developing and maintaining relationships with media and agencies to maximize marketing reach and impact;
Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvement;
Executing in-store events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to enhance customer experience;
Staying updated on industry trends, retail innovations, and consumer preferences to maintain a competitive edge;
Responsible for consolidation reports and any other marketing-related communication to the global headquarters.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; at least 7-8 years of marketing experience in the retail industry, with a proven track record of success; strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms; excellent analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools and performance tracking; proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and design platforms; experience in budget management and ROI optimization; creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and customer-centric campaigns; strong project management skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; high proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced or fluent English level.
