Responsibilities:

1. Create control plans of the incoming parts from Suppliers according to the YEL Incoming Inspection Procedure and support modifications.
2. Monitor and maintain responsibility for the PPAP/PSW status of the parts used in the product.
3. Provide technical support for the analysis of NOK materials in production.
4. Make decisions by analyzing 8D reports from suppliers.
5. Coordinate the sorting of suspicious parts with suppliers if necessary.
6. Inform the supplier and Yazaki logistics department to receive replacements for parts blocked due to quality problems.
7. Ensure that losses such as line stoppage and scrap cost caused by part quality problems are invoiced to the suppliers.
8. Review supplier performance and request action plans for improvement.
9. Be fully authorized to stop the line in case of quality risk in production.
10. Prepare monthly supplier performance reports.
11. Support the Incoming Inspection personnel and assist with their responsibilities using measurement equipment.
12. Manage quality problems and system input (entering daily Incoming inspection records into the computer).
13. Manage NOK product flow and abnormal status reporting.
14. Comply with ISMS policies and the privacy statement.
15. Report security incidents and violations to the relevant departments.
16. Prepare inspection plans for new parts according to technical drawings in GBDP-Fastcheck.
17. Create requests from TDC Tool for missing PPAP.
18. Timely and detailed reporting of part quality problems to suppliers using GQRS-C.
19. Prepare weekly and monthly reports requested by YEL Supplier Management via Power BI.
20. Follow up on scrap separation practices within the department and ensure the use of safety materials.
21. Continuously monitor occupational health and safety risks/environmental impacts of the department and notify HSE officials of changes.
22. Inform employees about HSE and ensure compliance with HSE rules.
