Partner with the best

As a Field Specialist, you'll run the operations of drilling sites using the latest technology. You'll have access to innovative equipment to effectively monitor our well-sites. You will troubleshoot problems and act quickly to ensure efficiency is maintained for our customers.

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment
2. Delivering high standard services by following quality and outlined process and procedures
3. Delivering complex well trajectories such as J type, S type, High DL, SideTrack (open hole and Whipstock)
4. Communicating technical guidance and advice to customers and third-party well-site colleagues
5. Solving often complex drilling problems, by monitoring, analyzing and evaluating incidents using logging and drilling data

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
2. Have 1+ years minimum drilling in oil and gas experience.
3. Enjoy travelling to customer locations and being flexible to customer requirements
4. Show the ability to perform basic engineering calculations
5. Show good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements
6. Be a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
7. Good in English (speaking and written) and excellent all-round communication skills
