We are currently looking for a highly motivated "Cost Controller" to join our dynamic team.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Industrial Engineering) or Economics

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and cost management

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data handling

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Proficient in English

• Able to actively drive a vehicle

• Residing in Izmir or willing to relocate to Izmir

Job Description

As a Cost Controller, you will play a critical role in monitoring financial performance and ensuring cost efficiency at ISS Türkiye. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Financial & Cost Control Management

• Monitoring budget performance and preparing comparative monthly reports,
• Performing cost analyses to enhance budgeting and forecasting accuracy,

2. Reporting & Analysis

• Preparing and delivering monthly and weekly profit/loss reports to management,
• Reviewing inventory records, identifying discrepancies, and informing project managers,
• Conducting financial reporting and cost analysis.

3. Process Improvement & Compliance

• Implementing cost-reduction initiatives in collaboration with operations managers,
• Optimizing the use of ERP systems for enhanced efficiency,
• Ensuring compliance with quality management, information security, and occupational health & safety policies.

4. Strategic Business Support

• Conducting pricing and cost estimations for new projects,
• Visiting project sites to identify opportunities for operational and financial efficiency,
• Overseeing invoice processes and ensuring financial efficiency.
