Manufacturing Engineering Team Member (Assembly)

This includes making process designs in accordance with Ford systems and commissioning intelligent and highly automated process equipment and products. Our goal is to make products and new model vehicles ready for production by ensuring that they are put into use at the targeted quality, cost, and time.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Carry out feasibility studies in projects in the area of responsibility and prepare them for approval.
2. Implement necessary facility and process arrangements to ensure minimum cost, maximum quality, and efficiency by supporting new vehicle engineering development studies.
3. Follow investments to respond to capacity requirements.
4. Establish positive business relationships by ensuring project coordination with other manufacturing departments and factory teams.
5. Work with engineers of the new project team and support the process design process in line with product design.
6. Evaluate new model vehicle design in terms of assembly practices and guide the new project team.
7. Organize necessary maintenance activities by monitoring breakdowns and downtimes in assembly lines.
8. Fulfill the requirements of necessary global control plans to maintain quality standards.
9. Develop projects for continuous improvement in the reduction of water, energy consumption, and hazardous wastes for a sustainable future.
10. Ensure that the requirements of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards are met for processes in the area of responsibility.
11. Engage in cost reduction, technology development, and process improvement activities for the sustainability of ongoing manufacturing.
12. Resolve internal/external customer quality problems.
13. Carry out necessary activities to ensure and improve occupational safety and employee ergonomics.

1. Graduated from Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Departments.
