Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out feasibility studies in projects in the area of responsibility and prepare them for approval.
- Implement necessary facility and process arrangements to ensure minimum cost, maximum quality, and efficiency by supporting new vehicle engineering development studies.
- Follow investments to respond to capacity requirements.
- Establish positive business relationships by ensuring project coordination with other manufacturing departments and factory teams.
- Work with engineers of the new project team and support the process design process in line with product design.
- Evaluate new model vehicle design in terms of assembly practices and guide the new project team.
- Organize necessary maintenance activities by monitoring breakdowns and downtimes in assembly lines.
- Fulfill the requirements of necessary global control plans to maintain quality standards.
- Develop projects for continuous improvement in the reduction of water, energy consumption, and hazardous wastes for a sustainable future.
- Ensure that the requirements of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards are met for processes in the area of responsibility.
- Engage in cost reduction, technology development, and process improvement activities for the sustainability of ongoing manufacturing.
- Resolve internal/external customer quality problems.
- Carry out necessary activities to ensure and improve occupational safety and employee ergonomics.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Departments.
