Account Supervisor

Who we're looking for:

VML Turkey is seeking an experienced and driven Account Supervisor to join our team in Istanbul.

What you'll be doing:

• Work with agency and client teams to complete daily tasks in an organised way.
• Manage stakeholders and execution processes to meet project KPI's, goals and brand needs.
• Oversee daily management of the agency team and processes.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of account management experience at an agency
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good English proficiency
• Skilled in relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Clear understanding of brand challenges
• Excellent communication skills
