Job Description
Responsibility for hardware and software problems (daily business / also in little or bigger projects).
Launching hardware and software installations (i.e.: SAP).
Coordinating service providers (if necessary) and IT service desk.
Providing the assets/devices for the IT and Telecommunications infrastructure.
IT-Support and IT-Demand Management.
Contact person for operational support in IT and Telecommunication questions.
Monitor performance to support the operation of the ISMS system, data analysis, and reporting to senior management.
Managing information security breach incident processes.
Perform assigned tasks to meet the requirements of the management systems and initiate necessary activities with the method defined in IMS if conditions are not met.
The Successful Applicant
4+ years of experience.
Fluency in English and Turkish, spoken and written.
Technical training in IT or a comparable qualification with experience in IT support.
Typically possesses five or more years of IT experience.
Proven experience in establishing business relationships with suppliers.
Very good skills in Windows OS and MS Office (various versions).
Excellent knowledge of BB / Printer / Scanner / Laptop / PC / Mobile.
Strong ethics, leadership, interpersonal skills, ability to effectively manage stress, and engage in continuous learning.
Knowledge in IT-Demand Management and Telecommunications.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
ISO 27001 Information Management System Standard knowledge.
ISO 27001 Information Management System Internal Audit experience and knowledge.
